Syriac Cross medical clinic in Qabre Hewore offers medical aid to displaced families from Holeb (Aleppo)
QABRE HEWORE, North and East Syria — In response to the wave of mass displacement from Holeb (Aleppo) and its surrounding countryside following the successful opposition offensive and collapse of the Syrian regime’s military forces, the Syriac Cross Medical Clinic in Qabre Hewore (Qahtaniyah), North and East Syria, has announced its readiness to provide medical and health care to arriving families.
Clinic official Sima Gawrieh told our news desk that the clinic has prepared a dedicated medical team, including doctors, nurses, and an ambulance. The clinic is located within the Siyahi Association, situated on the Shalhoumiya village road in the Qabre Hewore countryside.
Syriac Cross’s efforts aim to ease the burden on displaced families, many of whom endured significant hardships while traveling toward Tabqa. According to the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the Region of North and East Syria (DAARNES), thousands of families have arrived in Tabqa in recent days, with more continuing to flee the conflict-ridden countryside of Holeb.
DAARNES previously urged all its institutions to facilitate the passage of displaced people and ensure their safe entry into Tabqa. The Syriac Cross Medical Clinic’s initiative is part of a broader regional effort to support those affected by the ongoing crisis.
