Gifts distributed to children by the Syriac Churches Endowment Committee in Medyad, Turkey

MEDYAD, Turkey — In a heartwarming celebration at the Syriac Orthodox Monastery of Mor Abrohom and Mor Hobel in Medyad (Midyat), Turkey, children from the local community received gifts as part of a special initiative by the International Lions Club, in collaboration with the Syriac Churches Endowment Committee in Medyad.

Following the festive spirit of Christmas and the New Year, the event, held on 4 January in the historic Tur Abdin region, was filled with joy and entertainment for the children. The celebration featured games, activities, and a lively atmosphere, bringing smiles to the young participants.
