DARAMSUQ — A delegation from the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) met with Acting Swedish Ambassador Jessica Svardstrom in Daramsuq (Damascus) to discuss the challenges facing Syria during its transitional phase. The dialogue focused on external interferences, particularly Turkish attacks on the Tishrin Dam region, and emphasized the need for international support in fostering stability.
The SDC delegation, comprising Deputy Co-Chair Ali Rahmun and Political Bureau Member of the Democratic Change Movement Ziad Watfeh, held talks with Ambassador Svardstrom in Daramsuq (Damascus). The meeting aimed to address the critical issues arising in Syria’s post-regime transition period.
Challenges in Syria’s Transition
