Beth Nahrain Patriotic Union congratulates Patriotic Union of Kurdistan on 50th anniversary

BARITLE, Iraq — The Baritle (Bartella) branch of the Beth Nahrain Patriotic Union (Huyodo Bethnahrin Athroyo, HBA) shared in the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK). 

On this occasion, HBA extended congratulations on behalf of the party’s leadership and members, wishing continued success in achieving the shared goals between the two parties and reaffirming the commitment to their joint struggle for democracy, pluralism, and equality in Iraq.  

The congratulatory delegation included head of the HBA Baritle branch Elias Shaba, along with local committee members Sliwa Korkis and George Abdul Ahad.
