Institutions of Bethnahrin National Council and Administration of North and East Syria extend Eid al-Adha greetings

NORTH AND EAST SYRIA — The institutions of the Bethnahrin National Council (Mawtbo Umthoyo d’Bethnahrin, MUB) in Syria and the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the Region of North and East Syria (DAARNES) extended heartfelt Eid al-Adha greetings to Muslim communities in Syria and around the world, expressing prayers for peace and prosperity on this blessed occasion.

The Syriac Union Party (SUP) conveyed its festive greetings to all Syrians, wishing them a blessed Eid. Similarly, the General Command of the Syriac Military Council (Mawtbo Fulhoyo Suryoyo, MFS) issued a statement honoring all residents of the region, with special recognition for frontline fighters, stationed forces, and the families of martyrs. The statement included prayers for God’s blessings of happiness and prosperity.

The Syriac Cross Organization for Relief and Development also shared Eid wishes, expressing hopes for a joyful celebration filled with goodness.

Gabriel Shamoun, Co-Chair of the DAARNES Executive Council, extended congratulations to all Syrians, hoping the Eid would herald peace and unity for the nation.

The Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) echoed these sentiments, sending warm wishes to all Syrian communities and highlighting the holiday’s profound values of sacrifice, solidarity, and the renewal of noble human ideals.

DAARNES further extended its greetings to the Islamic world and to the families of martyrs, expressing hopes that all Syrians would celebrate Eid in safety and security.
