Beth Nahrin Youth Organization hosts trip to Bndwaya Resort for youth across northern Iraq
BNDWAYA, Iraq — The Beth Nahrin Youth Organization held a special recreational trip to Bndwaya Resort, bringing together young people from the provinces of Nineveh, Arba’ilo (Erbil), and Nohadra (Duhok) in a joyful atmosphere of camaraderie and cultural connection.
The purpose of the trip was to strengthen bonds of love, communication, and shared identity among Chaldean–Syriac–Assyrian youth, while also offering a space for relaxation and psychological renewal — especially given the daily challenges young people face.
The event featured a variety of activities, including entertainment segments, cultural competitions, and performances of national, folk, and ethnic songs that reflected a strong sense of heritage and belonging to both the Chaldean–Syriac–Assyrian and broader Iraqi identities.
This initiative is part of Beth Nahrin Youth Organization’s ongoing efforts to support the personal growth and cultural engagement of young people, while encouraging their active participation in society.
