After new studios in Syria and Iraq, Suroyo TV sets out to conquer Lebanon with locally produced TV-programs
BEIRUT – After months of preparation, Syriac TV channel Suroyo TV will start broadcasting cultural, historical and political TV-programs from Lebanon. The TV-programs will be produced locally in Syriac and Arabic.
The announcement was made on the new Suroyo TV Lebnon Facebook page by TV-hosts Layla Latte and Rania Zahra Charbel. Layla Latte will cover programs on culture and history and Rania Zahra Charbel will host talk show ‘Bkul Hirutho’.
Suroyo TV is headquartered in Sweden with studios in the Middle East in Iraq, Syria and now also adds Lebanon to its country portfolio.
Earlier this year new radio station Suroyo FM was launched in Zalin (Qamishli) in northeaster Syria.
