High-ranking U.S. military delegation visits Raqqa in North and East Syria

RAQQA, Syria — A delegation from the U.S.-led International Coalition visited Raqqa for the first time since it pulled out of the area two years ago.

According to sources, the visit of the joint delegation of the Coalition and the U.S. Army was conducted to show renewed support for the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
