Syriac youth Yohannes Romolos Hanna wins European Youth Kickboxing Championship

WIESBADEN, Germany — Syriac youth living in Germany Yohannes Romolos Hanna (15), who hails from Qabre Hewore (al-Qahtaniayh), North and East Syria, won the European Youth Kickboxing Championship held in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Hanna won the championship against a French competitor after winning four straight matches.

Hanna won four matches to win the German Championship in May, which qualified him to participate in the European Championship.

The match was attended by hundreds of kickboxing fans.

According to his father, Dr. Romolos Hanna, Yohannes will continue his training to compete in the World Kickboxing Championship.
