Road linking the Syriac villages of Tur Izlo in Turkey to be paved
TUR ABDIN, Turkey – In comments to our news desk, Mayor of Arkah village, Tur Abdin in Turkey Yousef Yar stated that the Turkish government has begun maintenance work and pavement of the road linking the Syriac villages of Tur Izlo (Mount Izla), starting from Anhil village to Badibe village.
The 21km-long road was paved several years ago, but it needs new pavement.
Mayor Yar thanked the concerned authorities who approved the implementation of the pavement project, which will facilitate transportation between the villages of Tur Izlo (Mount Izla) in Tur Abdin.
