Syriac Youth Union launches humanitarian aid campaign for displaced Christians from southern Lebanon

BEIRUT — Amid the dire humanitarian conditions in Lebanon following the ongoing war between Hezbollah and Israel, many Christian villages have been damaged, leading to the displacement of their residents.

In response, the Syriac Youth Union (SYU) organized humanitarian aid campaigns to support those affected. Through their official Facebook page, the SYU announced the distribution of aid in southern Lebanon.

The assistance provided included food, essential supplies, winter clothing for both children and adults, and cleaning materials.

The Syriac Youth Union confirmed that the campaign will continue, extending to all regions in southern Lebanon that have been severely impacted by the humanitarian crisis resulting from the war.
