BAGHDAD: Director General of Syriac Study inspects Syriac Study department over second-year curriculum

BAGHDAD – Director General of Syriac Study Imad Salem Jajo made a working visit to the Syriac Study department in Rusafa district, Baghdad, to inspect and discuss the study department’s preparations with regards to requirements for the Syriac study second-year curriculum and and staff requests for the start of the new school year.

Director General Jajo met with the director of the department for Syriac Study and its staff Mr. Imad Victor. The issues regarding the Syriac curriculum that were discussed were the shortage of Syriac teaching staff and how to fill the open vacancies for teaching staff in the Syriac language and Christian education subjects.
