Iraqi Syriac athlete Dina Fouad from Alqosh wins World Physical Strength Championship in Armenia
YEREVAN — Iraqi Syriac athlete Dina Fouad from the town of Alqosh achieved a record during her participation in the World Physical Strength Championship in Armenia, where she took first place in the 165 kg weight class.
Fouad participated in many physical strength tournaments, representing the Governorate of Nohadra (Dohuk) and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI).
Earlier, she won first place in the KRI Women’s Physical Strength Championship, which was held in Erbil in February, where she managed to lift three deadlift attempts of 130, 140, and 150 kg.
She also holds International Trainer and Best Deadlift Diplomas.
